Rice Syrup Solids - Conventional & Organic

Rice syrup solids, are also known as dried glucose syrup or Glucose Powder. They are used as sweetener and stabilizers for moisture & texture in baked goods, confectionary (hard candy), dairy products, processed meats, seafood. They are also utilized by breweries to lighten beer color, add body, rice flavor and fermentable sugars.

Our Rice syrup solids are made from non-GMO rice. Rice syrup solids/ Glucose Powder are produced by process of agglomeration, which increases particle size and lowers bulk density compared to standard products. They are easily dispersed into water for ease of use in quick dissolving beverage mixes. The low density is ideal to provide bulk in high intensity sweetener blends. They can also carry limited quantities of oil without losing their physical form or flow properties.

Applications

Rice syrup soilds are used as stabilizers for moisture and texture in baked goods, confectionary (hard candy), dairy products, processed meats, seafood and so on. Utilized to lighten beer color, add body, rice flavor and fermentable sugars, Rice solids are often employed in light adjunct lagers produced by breweries world wide, including Budweiser, Coors, and Miller.
